Our Process

Arville's end-to-end manufacturing capabilities allow us to create engineered fabrics which are designed to possess specific physical properties. With a wide range of unique production processes, each requiring its own in-depth specialist skills, we are able to combine them to produce bespoke fabrics which have been developed to perform to exacting standards in their end application. At every stage we have rigorous QA and testing proceedures to ensure we maintain exceptionally high levels of quality and consistency throughout

Yarn

Yarn

Our diverse supply base ensures that we maintain constant availability of high quality natural and synthetic yarns, investing in stock to ensure that we can respond quickly and effectively to our customers needs

Twisting

Twisting

We begin to engineer the performance characteristics of the fabric before it has even been woven. Our in-house twisting capability allows us to influence the appearance, handling and functional properties of the fabric by exerting a pre-determined amount of twist energy into the yarn

Beaming

Beaming

Automated warp preparation pre-tensions the yarn allowing for much faster, more consistent and controlled loom set up
