Arville Textiles specialize in producing small to medium size batches of specification fabric, whether it be to the UK MoD, UK/SC, AID, DTD, MILC, DIN, ASTM D, ISO, or alternatively to customers' own in-house standards.

In our manufacturing we have expertise in the use of Polyamide, Polyester, Polypropylene, Para-aramid, Meta-aramid, Modacrylic, Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP), High Performance Polyethylene (HP-PE), as well as the natural fibres cotton and linen. We process spun yarns, multifilament yarns and, where appropriate, monofilament yarns. | ||||||||||||
| Specifically we produce both Aero cotton and Aero linen fabrics; antistatic fabrics using conductive Nysteel and Tersteel yarns, inductive carbon containing yarns - Epitropic®, Resistat®, Belltron®; and flame retardant fabrics to meet EASA CS 25 and JAR 25 standard for aerospace. |  |

Technical coatings can be applied with synthetic rubbers - e.g. Neoprene®, Hypalon®, Butyl, and Nitrile - as well as natural rubbers, polyurethanes, silicones, fluorocarbons and when required primers only.

| Our technical woven fabrics can be resin impregnated, dyed to specific colours, and/or given rot proofing or oil and water repellent treatment. |  |
