From 14th -17th May, Arville will be exhibiting at Techtextil, the leading international trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens. The event attracts over 1,400 exhibitors from 55 countries and over 33,000 visitors from 104 different nations

Our team of specialists will be in attendance, happy to discuss all of our latest innovations in technical textile design, weaving, coating, finishing and fabrication. This is an excellent opportunity to meet our technical textiles experts and discuss your requirements face-to-face

Introducing the Arville team

Meet the Arville experts that will be attending Techtextil below, along with some information on their areas of specialism

 

Charlotte Brandt – has over 25 years’ experience in the textile manufacturing industry, covering everything from supply chain management, NPD, sales and product commercialisation. Specialist expertise in heat & flame protective fabrics for firefighters, millipol, electric arc and industrial workwear. Current committee member of PH14 – firefighters PPE

 

 

Roberta Velickaite – is a multi-lingual sales manager who has spent over 6 years with Arville working with many of our customers to meet their needs on a wide range of textile-based projects and developments from specialist woven fabrics, coated fabrics, filtration media and fabricated products

 

Robert Beadle – is a textiles professional with a career spanning 20 years across a range of NPD, innovation technical and sales development roles. A specialist in PPE fabrics, Rob’s extensive experience of fibres, fabrics and finishes has seen him responsible for a number of key innovations currently used in the PPE sector for Fire, Police and Military fabrics

 

Andy Smith – has over 18 years experience in Sales & Marketing of manufactured products, more recently developing Arville’s range of food-grade woven belting products for the global food industry. Andy is a specialist in woven textiles designed for rubber processing and reinforcement, covering high strength/low-weight fabrics used within high performance inflatables, aircraft crash-landing systems, lifting bags, flexible fuel cells, mechanical rubber goods and as textile process liners

 

Daniel Ames – has worked in Industrial and Technical textiles for 27 years, gaining HNC/HND and ATI recognition along the way. Currently heading up the Technical Sales and customer service team at Arville, Daniel has a background covering testing and fabric analysis, yarn preparation, weaving and technical development across a wide range of sectors including MRG, belting, multiaxials, composites, medical, building & construction and defence/military
