Arville Achieves ISO 9001 Re-Certification

Arville has passed its latest ISO 9001:2008 audit inspection, in recognition of a continued commitment to high standards in manufacturing quality.

Arville were at the forefront of driving quality standards within technical textiles when the ISO certification was first introduced to the textiles industry, and led the way defining our own framework for delivering the highest manufacturing standards. But this latest re-accreditation success comes following a routine three-year audit of the processes and procedures that govern our quality control.

The inspectors evaluated the methods that allow us to produce consistently innovative technical textiles, however complex or unusual the specification. They also learned how this structured approach steers employee training, which safeguards quality levels as new recruits join the growing business.

However, Arville’s customers, partners and suppliers will already be aware that, as an organisation, we don’t stand still. The ISO recertification will, therefore, act as a benchmark for continuous improvement moving forward.

In fact, the longer term goal is to work towards the more advanced ISO 9001:2015 quality award. This will, of course, require a significant amount of collective effort within the company, but the target will help define the roadmap of where the business wants to go over the coming years
