High Performance Fabric Reinforcements

Textile reinforcementWe weave using specialist yarns including high-strength, high-temperature resistant Polyesters and Meta-Aramids such as Kevlar®, Conex®, Nomex®, etc. to create fabrics which are designed to bond well and accept rubber matrices in ways that provide exceptional strength to flexibility ratios

Where required we can finish our fabrics with additional bond promoters to ensure that rubber compounds will key to the fibres, ensuring the best possible performance

Specialist Bias Cut Fabrics

Textile reinforcement layersOur capability to manufacture fabric which is cut on the bias allows us to provide textiles which not only have improved drape and elasticity properties for complex and intricate shapes, but also offers ways to reduce your production costs by eliminating unnecessary wastage from the manufacturing process

Pre-cutting to a specific bias reduces further handling of the fabric prior to end use, saving both valuable production time and money
